The role of the Board of Elders is to be the primary governance group of the church, responsible to provide spiritual oversight and to ensure the ongoing health and growth of the church and its ministries. While the day-to-day running of the church is handled by the Senior Pastor, Pete Roberts and his Leadership Team, the Board of Elders hold the Senior Pastor accountable and give attention to the overall vision, direction and health of the church.
